How do I get notified when a lead comes in?
Every plan sends you an email alert the moment an inquiry comes in. Priority plan owners also get SMS alerts for high-urgency leads, with the option to set custom alert hours including outside business hours.
Where do my leads live?
Every lead is logged in your client portal the moment it arrives - with the customer's contact info, what they need, and all the job details. Accessible from any device.
Will this change my existing website?
No. The only addition to your site is the lead capture form. Everything else stays exactly as it is. We handle the embed, coordinate with your web person, or provide simple instructions — whichever works best for you.
What’s the difference between the plans?
All three plans capture every lead, log it, and alert you immediately. Smart adds AI - a summary, urgency rating, suggested next step, and draft reply in every alert. Priority adds SMS alerts for high-urgency leads, customer SMS confirmations, and custom alert hours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. If you cancel, your service runs until the end of the current billing cycle. Setup fees and subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Can my team access the portal too?
